8. Termination

Upon termination, any unpaid fees will become due immediately, and any deliverables created up to that point may be retained by Grateful Studio until payment is made.

9. Intellectual Property Rights to Deliverables

Once full payment is received, the client will be granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables provided by Grateful Studio. Grateful Studio retains the right to use any deliverables for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Changes to Terms

Grateful Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising out of the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Arizona.
